Office staff is friendly even the lab at the Beckley location. The doctor and physician assistant seem to really interested in my health... it's not so rushed and they offer virtual appointments which come on handy when I have a lot of meetings at work.

My husband was seeing Dr Fordan. He came highly recommended. But after he got into this new office, we almost always saw his assistant or nurse practitioner. Then she always wanted to put him on new medication along with what he was taking. That was the last time. We found a dr closer to home. And we are very happy with the results. We have never regretted our decision.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a medical office administrator for 30 years. I would be appalled if anyone in my office did to a patient what was done to me yesterday. I drove for an hour and 10 minutes for my first appointment that I had waited for three months to get, sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes and then called back to be told that they had overbooked the doctor and he wanted to leave early so I needed to change my appointment. The young girl stated they should have called me but they didn’t so can I drive back over there tomorrow at 10:15. I explained to her that I had waited in for three months to get the appointment and that I drove from Plano. I took off work wasting my equally as valuable time so no it was not available for me to take off again in the morning. Then

It's difficult to get in contact with this office via phone. I appreciated they did follow up with me for an appointment. I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Fordan and I was very pleased. He is personable, non judgmental with a good sense of humor. He immediately made recommendations and was encouraging as to my possible diagnosis, advise me regarding blood testing and got it set up right away. I was very pleased with my first visit.

Due to the pandemic this was a virtual visit but I truly felt like I was sitting in the same room with Dr Fordan. He was extremely attentive, listening to everything that I had to say. He explained to me what the next step would be, including labs that would be drawn, and then he made my follow up appointment based on my schedule. It was very nice how open he was to finding a time that worked for me. His office staff was also extremely kind and attentive each time I made contact with their office. I would without a doubt recommend Dr. Fordan.
