Sterling Urgent Care

Maybe this is a good place to get prescriptions, but I highly doubt their medical competency. Amy told me the blood pressure of a patient is the highest in the evening and lowest in the morning, and she also told me she got this information from medical books instead of Google. A smart high school student that takes AP classes will know this is the absolutely opposite of truth. Additionally, Amy doesn't know how to use conventional blood pressure machine, she had to ask the front desk girl to do it, but they both couldn't do it correctly. Not sure why this clinic gets such a high review score.

Very unprepared! We waited an hour and a half when there were only 2 people before us, we were there as they opened. All the questions that were asked, again, made it feel like they didn't even glance at the file before bringing is back. This was a very quick follow up and release, if they had looked at the file they would have seen that. The two other "longer" consultations could have taken place after the 2 minutes it would have taken ro look at the ankle and clear him. The doctor came in and took 15 seconds (literally 15 seconds!)to say your good, bye. She asked what ankle it was because she said she didn't look at the file. This experience felt very unprofessional and we very much felt like just a number. I will never bring our employees back here again.

I’ve gone a few times and haven’t been impressed but this was the last time I will go back. After almost a week of being sick with influenza symptoms I went to get an IV to get me back on my feet. The NP acted annoyed I was even there and said if I could use my gut I didn’t need an IV. They missed my veins when they were perfectly good and I finally told them no more and went home.

So disappointing, and I can't give 0 stars. Doctor walked away from my daughter 3 times during the visit. Never tried to engage or learn the background or the amount of pain. Did a quick once over and said is is viral. Did not give any empathy to my daughters pain. Now I have to pay for a crappy consult. There must be better options around.

I went in to check on a Hematoma to see if it was bad but they said it was pretty superficial and that it would take 3-6 months to heal and just to ice pack it and heat pack it and told them I had been soaking in hot epson salts baths as well and putting scar gel and body butter and peppermint oil on it as well! And they told me rest when I needed to … we took Exrays to make sure I hadn’t broken it and I hadn’t sooo I guess time and rest is what I’ll do… thank you for putting my mind at ease! I’m glad you were in Rexburg and I didn’t have to go very far!
