Just 4 Kids Urgent Care

Took our daughter here for the first time. The office is clean, and they were quick to get us back to the room. The care providers were so gentle and kind and made our toddler feel more at ease. They played a show for her during our wait, which helped keep her occupied. I also loved that they had the option to fill our prescription in office so we didn't have to travel on a Sunday to find an open pharmacy. I would highly recommend this facility!

We are beyond grateful for the care we received from Dr. Egbert. She truly went above and beyond in treating our child. From the moment she walked in, she was warm, personable, and immediately put both us and our child at ease. Her competence and confidence were evident in every step — she listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We never felt rushed or dismissed. Because of her thoroughness and expertise, we were able to avoid what could have easily turned into a stressful hospital visit. That kind of care makes all the difference for a family. We can’t recommend her highly enough. She is exactly the kind of provider every parent hopes to find.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! These guys are god awful! We were sent here to get my son’s blood drawn to check his bilirubin levels cause his primary provider is not open on Saturday's. The first time my wife went in, they supposedly didn’t get enough blood drawn. They called her back in a few hours later to get his blood drawn again. They told us they would call with the results fairly quick (within the same day) after the second blood draw, cause they were doing it in house. It was close to closing time (8pm) and we hadn’t heard anything from them, so I called in to see what was going on. They “thought” they had already reached out with the results (never received a call)…turns out their machine was “down” so they couldn’t do the tests to check his levels. We now have to go to another

Dr was super nice. Started off just my daughter and myself was sick but then my son threw up in his office so he saw all three of us. He didn’t seem bothered at all and was super helpful to get my son cleaned up. Brought us drinks and popsicle for my daughter. Gave my son a toy and stickers for my kids. I will never forget your kindness thank you for being so nice.

Such a great experience. Went here for a minor thing but they were so caring & attentive. The staff from front desk to providers were exceptional. Disney shows, popsicles, suckers, a toddlers paradise! They have it set up so great for kids. Loved these guys.
