I am so grateful to have Sterling Care in Hailey! The staff, nurse and doctor on duty during my recent visit were friendly, kind, helpful, efficient and very professional! I have received various services over the years from Sterling and they never let me down. It is a huge blessing to have this facility in Hailey! Thank you Sterling!

Stay away from this place — extremely incompetent care. We were on vacation when my daughter got sick. After five days of persistent fever, her condition worsened significantly: she developed nonstop coughing, so I brought her to this clinic. We were told it was “just a viral infection” and advised to keep giving fluids — which we had already been doing extensively. Two days later, her condition deteriorated even more, and we returned. The provider was unfriendly, dismissive, and unable to give clear or meaningful answers to my questions. My daughter’s oxygen saturation was 91%, which was brushed off as not concerning. I specifically asked whether a chest X-ray should be done to rule out pneumonia, but was told her breathing “sounded fine,” so no further evaluation was needed. Thankfully,

Great team. Spent a lot of time with me and were so helpful. Will hopefully not get sick again but if I do I’m going to them.

I love this clinic. The hours are great and dealing with the care of my children is phenomenal. Dr Ian helped with my kiddos pink eye and sickness. Absolutely adore him. He’s also a cutie 🥰 Thank you Urgent Care for helping families
