Exceptional service!! We were visiting Idaho on vacation and one of my daughters had a sharp wire pop out of the bracket, causing severe pain from cutting into her cheek :( Dr. McMinn returned my husband's message, in spite of being out of the country and the Sunday night of a holiday weekend. He was able to get one of his staff members to leave us orthodontic wax outside the office and my daughter was seen first thing in the morning to have the wire trimmed. She was treated with compassion and was back on the mountain in time for her ski lesson <3 We can't thank you enough!

Dr McMinn and all his staff are the kindest, most patient and caring people. I always leave there feeling so cared for. Excellent provider for orthodontic services, I definitely recommend.

Exceeded expectations! Today, I had a brace replaced behind my bottom, front teeth after mine broke. Prior to choosing McMinn Ortho, I read a bad review here about someone else's experience with the same procedure. I discussed it with Dr. M and I felt comfortable with his advice and reassurance. The outcome was perfect! He is very professional, caring and committed. I can't remember the last time I was so pleasantly surprised with a new doctor. The entire staff is extremely friendly and attentive. No wait time.

all staff are very friendly and gentle. they don’t ask too many questions with their hands in your mouth but it’s not just awkward silence. i really like the short wait time after check in. everything is always clean and spotless. i’ve never had a problem with them. overall a professional space that feels very welcoming. 10/10 would recommend for braces
