Sterling Heights Urgent Care

Horrible. I try not to be that patient right before close, but tonight we had no choice. Daughter sick, get there at 9:45, OPEN sogn still on, told by receptionist they aren’t taking anymore patients, they had 3 there still and won’t get out till after 10. Not my problem. When I said so, you’re still open, but we can’t be seen? I got an eye roll, as I’m diving in on the sheet, she snatched the clipboard, and reluctantly gave me the paperwork to fill out. Completed it, paid the copay. Get called back, mind you, only ONE patient was back there. Another girl comes in the room, no name badge, no greeting, just said sore throat? Took vitals, swabs my daughter for strep, walks out of the room with the swab uncovered. Dr comes in, does his thing, I asked about the swab incident, he says I’ll have

Great place! Thorough doctors who care and want to help patients. I feel relieved knowing someone listens and does anything and everything to figure out whats wrong. Great staff overall, very helpful and understanding.

I have always had a good experience here. The Dr. Was kind and knowledgeable repairing my sliced finger in no time. The waiting room was full but the staff had it moving along quickly. I walked in and out within 45 minutes all fixed up. Would definitely recommend.

I came in late in the day, I’m sure the office staff was ready to wrap things up! I was so grateful for that because I had been sick all week, and couldn’t get into my primary care doctor. I have nothing but compliments for the way my case was handled. I was not rushed, and was well taken care of. I would highly recommend Sterling Heights urgent care.

Went there yesterday had me in and out in quickly front desk and medical staff were very nice and friendly staff I would recommend going there very clean office
