Once I arrived at Chelsea Dental, I was greeted with a smile, compassion, and concern for my fears. The receptionist was absolutely amazing! The dental assistants(I can't remember all their names) were nothing less than professional and reassuring. Very skilled women and eager to continue learning their roles. Dr. Duan was extremely professional, caring, and compassionate about my concerns. Never in my life had I ever had such phenomenal treatment from ALL the staff. Everyone had a role and executed it prefected! This dentist, along with her entire staff, are complete rock stars!!!! Dr. Duan and her assistant were amazing. I went in there with wisdom teeth pain, they set a plan together and took care of me same day! Such a smooth process and caring. I’ll only go to Dr.Duan moving forward she makes it a stress free process.

THE BEST DENTAL PRACTICE!!! Make Dr. Duan YOUR DENTIST! I had a cavity / exposed nerve, and was suffering in excruciating pain. The amazing people on Dr. Duan's team at the front desk got me in same day, and were EXTREMELY CARING the instant I walked in! I could barely talk because how much pain I was in, and I asked for urgent help, and they & BROOKE tended to me immediately! THEY WERE ALL GREAT! And Dr. Duan was amazing when she saw me and had me feeling better instantly!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Dental work is 10/10. Last visit I had an issue with my insurance and billing, so I called the office and they took such great care of me! The staff was kind, patient, and efficient, and they were able to resolve everything. I really appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service.
