we are so thankful for Keisha Chase, The business office manager at Sterling care services in Bethesda, Maryland. Helping a 93-year-old parent through the Medicaid process can feel scary and confusing, but Keisha made it so much easier for my sister and I. She took the time to explain everything in simple terms, and never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. When we had questions, she always answered with patience and kindness. She is a true professional. She truly knows the Medicaid system inside and out, and she guided us step-by-step through what felt like a very complicated maze. We had been to several other nursing homes and no one else ever took as much time as she has to explain the process to us. Most of all, Keisha treated us with care, respect, and compassion. My mom was admitted and through a terrible mix up prior to Sterling it was just a pure mess but I met with Keisha Chase on two separate occasions and she worked non stop to get my moms situation right. She didn’t stop until she got the answers we needed and for that I thank her so much!!! Words cannot express how relieved I was to know my mother is good. So thanks so much and thank you too Ms Joy!!!!

My father is a resident at Sterling Care Bethesda formally Bethesda Health and Rehab. I would like to send a special thank you to Keisha Chase has she went above and beyond to assist me with a time sensitive matter. I’ve had numerous encounters with Miss. Chase working effortlessly until the needs of my father were met. She made necessary sacrifices outside of her work hours to conduct business with me in regard’s to my loved one. My girlfriend is a resident at Sterling Care. The staff is so caring and professional. The Business Office Director has been so informative about insurance and answers all questions. The nurses have been sweet. The Therapy department has made strives and exceeded the goals we as her lived Ines made. I recommend this facility twenty times over.
