I had a prescription in which the medication was compounded, so I was directed to this pharmacy. The staff were friendly and helpful upon entering and checking out. The pharmacist, Royce, was kind, informative, and patient as he took time to explain my new medication and answer questions. I never felt rushed. I would recommend this pharmacy to friends and family.

Sweetest pharmacist here! Very helpful and explained my new medication thoroughly and made sure I understood. Other staff were very polite and helpful as well. Would recommend, especially for compounded prescriptions that you can’t just get at regular pharmacies.

Absolutely loved this Pharmacy. They take the time to talk to you about your medication and any questions you have no rush. I picked up my trizeptide and the pharmacist took the time to step by step to show me how to use this! Never met a pharmacy that showed that interest in a customer

No matter how busy they are the staff always meets you with the smile. You can ask all the questions you need and usually get an answer for them. I have never had to wait longer than five minutes for my prescription. They have a wonderful staff.

I live in Longview so, one may wonder why drive to Tyler for your medicine 💊? They treat you like family from day one they know your name when you walk in the door, or when you call on the phone. They open the door for you they say merry Christmas, Happy Birthday,or even have a nice day. Here your not a customer your family‼️
