Stephens Pharmacy

Love love love ❤️ Stephens pharmacy! I have found my forever pharmacy with them. They are quick and efficient. There’s never a long line. The prices are very reasonable. The employees are super polite. I appreciate them very much. I’m unable to get my medication’s delivered, but that’s only because I do not live in bolivar, I’m 10 miles away in another town.I don’t mind the drive though cause I usually go to bolivar at least once a week to run errands anyhow and try to get as many prescriptions filled as possible while I am in town. I’m a CMH patient too so that’s handy. Thanks Stephens!

Stephens is our pharmacy of choice, primarily because of their relationship with the cancer center here in town. Do they do their best to help, yes, most of the time. Could they do a little better to meet patient's needs, absolutely, although I know they certainly try. I wish they would be a little more proactive on prescriptions, and recognized 28 day cycles vs monthly cycles a little more, but overall they are the best option in the area.

Love the people and pharmacy but automated refill doesn't work half the time. I get transferred to hospital pharmacy and they say they don't know why and can't help.

Stephen's Pharmacy has not impressed me with the service I have gotten from them they have messed up my prescriptions multiple times and they have been billing the wrong insurance company for my medication and when it was brought to there attention I was told I could come and get my refund of the over charged medication but then I get a phone call saying that they can not give me my money back because they have to get it from the insurance company that they billed and that i will have to wait for Stephen's to mail me a check well what bothers me is I could not get my medication until I payed for it and I was not the one who made the mistake but I am the one who has to wait kinda funny how that works

What pharmacy answers a customers call one minute till close, and keeps the drive thru open 5 minutes past closing time just for you? Stephen’s does!! This speaks volumes of their values and how they truly care. Full disclaimer: this was my first time using Stephen’s pharmacy as I used to go to a big chain pharmacy. Very pleased. Will use Stephen’s from now on out. Oh AND they are cheaper than others!! My copay was LESS here! Wohoo.
