Allie did a fantastic job for my first massage with her. She did the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy. It was a new type of massage to me and felt amazing. She did some cupping and used several different tools throughout the appt. And she actually massaged what I told her I needed the most instead of sticking to a one size fits all routine. She listened to what I needed and followed through. I will definitely be visiting Allie again and promoting her! :)

Allie has been a god send for my body! I have started going to Allie to loosen up my entire body, supplement my fitness regime, and to help release stored trauma. Since doing the medical massages, my body has seen vast improvement overall, particularly in the mobility department. She has also helped loosen some of my stubborn muscles that have caused me so many issues over the year. In addition to working magic, Allie educates you one what to do in between sessions and how you can help yourself. I appreciate her advice and by following it, I have seen results. I am looking forward to continuing my journey with Allie to reach my goals. You cannot go wrong by scheduling an appointment with her!
