I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mandel and his entire team. They have quite literally saved the lives of two of my cats. One of my cats was diagnosed with a very rare disease, and Dr. Mandel took the time to carefully work through the diagnosis and treatment with incredible knowledge, patience, and compassion. Because of him, my cat is still with us today. More recently, my other cat suffered a urinary blockage and needed emergency surgery. Dr. Mandel and his staff acted quickly and professionally during a very scary situation, and their skill and care made all the difference. I have been taking my babies here for over 20+ years. During those years I've taken 2 cats and 4 dogs. Dr. Mandel and all of his staff have always taken great care of my babies. Everyone there including Dr.Mandell helped me through losing one of my dogs... they were there to answer every question and helped me and my family get through the hurt and sadness of losing one of our babies. Is the office fancy NO. Is the office full of a bunch of staff NO. And because of those things you aren't paying an arm and leg. Very unprofessional environment. No one at the front desk, waited there for 30 minutes while five other people walked into the lobby in the meantime and nobody was acknowledged at all. I understand a busy vet but ignoring everyone who comes in for an appointment time that you gave them is something else. The only person I saw was a tech who walked out who looked like he was in his 80s, stared at everyone in the lobby and then immediately turned around and closed the door. I could hear a tech with a another patient in the exam room, chit-chatting about a trip the client went on and personal things with no sense of urgency for the many other appointments they clearly had. So me and my girlfriend hannah have taken many of our pets there and always have had nothing but great interactions there. Always great prices and the vet would take his time to explain everything in detail to make sure we knew what to do and what would be the outcome. Great job.

My Husband and I have used Dr. Mandel for our pets for years. Our oldest male cat Jet passed away at the age of 9 on November 25th, 2025. Dr. Mandel had treated him in the past with a neurological issue he had that he developed around the age of 6. The first few outbreaks he had he was basically paralyzed and we thought he had died. But Dr. Mandel was always able to treat him and get him back into as good of health as he could be. Several weeks ago we noticed him being lethargic and walking like he was drunk which was typical behavior before he would have an episode where he would kind of freeze and lock up. One night we realized he couldn't even stand up to eat and was only able to lick the gravy of his wet food so we called as soon the office opened the next day to get an emergency appoi
