Maternal Milestones

I had an amazing experience with Lacy and the 4 week restore your core series. A great way for someone to reintroduce exercise early postpartum. Lacy took the time to make corrections and accommodate everyone with their respective capabilities .

My postpartum recovery has been riddled with injuries. After years of getting my concerns and symptoms dismissed, I decided to venture outside of the traditional healthcare system. My experience with Lacy was a breath of fresh air. Finally, I felt heard and all of my symptoms were validated. Lacy was able to answer so many of my questions and concerns and give me immediate feedback and takeaways. I look forward to continuing to connect with Lacy so I can recover both physically and emotionally!

Lacy has been so helpful with my pelvic floor journey. She has really taken the time to listen and address all of my concerns whether in person or messaging. I look forward to working with her more.
