Dr. Hawkins is a very self centered man that cares strictly about the money he makes. He does not care for the patients help or well being. If you do not benefit him in terms of money he will not help nor will he care for you. I highly DO NOT recommend this doctor nor should he be aloud to see patients. Money is his main priority and if he is not getting it than your out of luck
