Unprofessional business behaviors. Did not keep his promises. The coupon clearly says $250 for 2 cleanings. The 1st cleaning in 2024 was okay. The 2nd cleaning was scheduled for October 2024 by his office. Then, I received a phone call that I have pay $300 if I want to renew my membership. If there is an "expiration issue" of my coupon, then it is not my fault.
The Best dental experience I've ever had and have. The whole staff is on the ball.
