The staff very informative and helpful and even help with the last minute prescription. If it needed to be specific, that how helpful staff member name Monic is. But everyone who I gave a call have been positive experience so far.
I have been going to Dr. Wilkes and Dr. Thompson for over 30 years and it seems office staff needs to be retrained. I ask staff questions and it seems like your bother them .... I have referred a lot of people and they have all stated the same thing. Time to find a new eye doctor.
Personnel at desk make serious errors.
