Stephen Hsu - Internal Medicine/Nephrology

I went on a Friday mid morning appointment for Dermatologist appointment. The office had 3 beautiful, bright, beaming rays of light enclosed. The Dr was truly lovely and informative. The Nurse was as patient, friendly and helpful. The Receptionist is what every Professional needs. She sets the tone with the most amazing smile and welcoming demeanor. Everyone was truly attentive, helpful and delightful. I almost didn’t mind the visit. Excellent hospitality

Dr Stephen Hsu is very good. He takes his time with you and Explains everything to you so that you can understand what hes talking about. I've been seeing him now for a little over 4 years. Staff and nurses are very friendly and polite And professional. Place is clean and good parking. Wait time is not bad. Easy to get same day apartments. The only thing I don't like is the call center you can't call the office directly.

Most unprofessional experience of my life Dr HSU was in such a hurry for me to get a biopsy of my kidney which he thinks is rejecting that he set up at hospital but never had the idea of sending in paperwork and of course never responded back to many hospitals requests. If you want to stay healthy don’t go here.

What a joke my husband was supposed to get a kidney biopsy today at the Villages hospital, But the Dr didn't send over what the hospital needed to do the procedure. We will be looking for a new dr. I give this dr and office a big F2
