Personally, i didnt see her as I was not notified my appointment was cancelled by the office. As a provider myself I am considerate with my patients time and ensure if I am unable to see them, I notify them I have to cancel the appointment. I show up to my appointment to find out the office was close .

I recently had an appointment at this office and unfortunately my experience with Michelle was very unpleasant. She stated that she was a “doctor” and not just front desk staff, but her attitude was extremely rude. As a patient, it is my right to ask questions about my care, and I felt dismissed and treated disrespectfully for doing so. However, I would like to clarify that the actual doctor provided appropriate treatment and good care during my visit. My concern is specifically about the unprofessional behavior and lack of courtesy shown by Michelle. I hope the office addresses this issue to ensure all patients feel respected and heard.

The experience was great! My daughter was taken care of quickly and she did not complain. The doctor was kind and patient with my daughter and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with foot problems. Would visit again.

Superb service and knowledge of feet 🦶🏼. Very easy location to find in Jackson Heights, friendly staff and clean space. I have seen results with the prescription given that I thought I’d never see as an athlete. Labs are close by and the staff is always helpful with insurance questions.

Unprofessional, Rude, and Dishonest - A Terrible Experience I am writing this review after a completely unacceptable experience with this podiatry practice regarding my son's flat feet. Initially, everything seemed okay. The doctor confirmed he needed custom orthotic insoles. They submitted a request to our insurance, which was approved, and they invited us to come in for the casting. Then, we waited for over two months with no update. When I finally called to inquire, the receptionist, Michelle, informed me that our insurance had not paid for the insoles and that we could not have them unless we paid out of pocket.
