Step Ahead Physical Therapy

I heartily recommend Step Ahead for physical therapy needs. Unlike some places where the therapist attends to a few people at a time, each patient at Step Ahead receives undivided care for the full session. My therapist, Dina, knew just how to support and encourage me post surgery with massage, stretches, and exercises. I just finished my last session and feel great. Andrea is the best physical therapist I know and I have known many over the years. She is extremely competent and knows her science. I worked with Andrea Haefitz for several months to address chronic hip and leg pain. It was a stubborn condition, and Andrea worked patiently and thoughtfully with me not just to relieve the pain, but also to understand the underlying causes. She actually accurately diagnosed it as referred pain from a lumbar disk issue, which had been missed by several prior health care providers including ortho and spine specialists. Andrea is a funny, cheerful, and delightful person who always demonstrates respect and concern for her clients. I will be returning to work with her on core strength.
