The front desk is an absolute disaster. They are billing me for appointments I have already paid for and billed my insurance incorrectly. Fine. I can bring my receipts and have them bill the correct insurance but it’s their mistake and I should be able to still make an appointment. They stated they cannot see me until it is paid. However, it’s bills from 2022 and they could still see me in 2023 and 2024? When I asked the scheduler over the phone she said “I’m not sure I wasn’t here then. That’s a question for billing” Mind you, I already asked billing already said they didn’t know why they would still see me, I would need to ask the front office. I then state “well if you don’t know, and billing doesn’t know, I would like to speak with a manager” to which I got a “they are not available

Great experience. Jenna is a real professional. Very patient and answered all my questions. Remove something suspicious from my face and I experience no pain.
