Stellis Health - Buffalo Clinic

0 Stars if I could. Booked an appointment exclusively for lab work and COVID test. Was charged for a wellness visit for my child, **even though no wellness visit was done**. Now insurance is fighting our wellness visit with our PCP because whoever scheduled our appointment put it in as a wellness check. I've called 4 times and there is "nothing they can do about it" and now I'm stuck with a substantial bill. We will never ever ever use Stellis Health again. Extremely rude administration staff and zero help.

I went back to this cruddy clinic to see a doctor that used to have a private clinic. I visited podiatry. I went specifically to get fitted for orthotics again. Flash forward to a call I received this morning. I was excited because this call should mean the orthotics are ready! Instead, I was told they haven't even been ordered. Someone was supposed to have called me so I could put down a deposit, no one called. I canceled the orthotics and will live with the pain over doing business with this uncaring clinic again. Trust your gut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Medical Skin Care Clinic experience, Microdermabrasion facial. Carlie was fantastic. Knowledgeable, calming and asked great questions. Her pressure was fantastic. She was very symmetrical with application of product and massage, not one place on my face was missed! It was calming and the results feel great. She gave me instructions and tips for the next few days of facial care at home, and I walked out with some great new sunscreen too! I will definitely be back.

I switched to Stellis a few years ago and I love them! I have seen my PCP, OBGYN and the dermatologist and they are all great. They really take their time, easy to book with, good communicators!

Had a great couple experiences here. Appointment was quick and they didn't do any unnecessary tests. The doctors exact words were "we could do a couple tests to make sure but it wouldn't change my treatment for you so I dont think it's necessary" Then when I went to walgreens to get my prescription I didn't have my insurance card but they had attached my card information to the script so it saved me about $100 that wouldve been out of pocket.
