Dr. Shafa explains everything in detail as what he is going to do in surgery. My 2 son's were very impressed as he took the time prior to my surgery as what he was needed for me. Also the response to them after my surgery was done. I did forget to ask Dr. Shafa yesterday at my follow up appointment whether I can go back to do my volunteering at St. VINCENT de Paul thrift store in St. Michael.
