We had an agreement for her to provide massage services at an important spa event. I specifically requested that, if she were unable to attend, she would arrange a backup therapist. She agreed to these terms. However, when I contacted her today, she claimed that the appointment had not been confirmed, which is untrue. Unfortunately, she did not honor her commitment, leaving me without services at the last minute for an event that required reliable support. Based on this experience, I will not be using her services in the future and will advise others to exercise caution when considering her for events.

Directions to the exact location could improve. I walked around the entire 600-building to find the door because of conflicting titles. That said, my massage with Becca was euphoric and was what I needed to have the first full night of sleep in weeks.

Got the Anxiety Massage with April and it was one of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many massages all over the world, at spas, resorts, cruise ships, etc. April found where the tension was and applied just the right amount of pressure. She spent extra time on my neck and shoulders where most of my tension builds up. Highly recommended.
