Dr. Sampson and all personnel in his office have excellent customer service. Whether it is the dental work or billing, all is explained - no surprises. They are proactive in dealing with insurance. Dr. Sampson is honest in discussions about possible procedures that need to be done. Time involved and cost are stated ahead of time for good decisions. Dr Sampson and his staff are the best. I’ve never had a bad experience. Professional, efficient and caring. I had a little mishap today. I called the office and was told to come on and they would work me in. I was promptly met by the assistant and placed in a room. Although I was a work in- I was in and out in less than 30 mins! I highly recommend Dr Sampson Denistry.

Have been a longtime patient of Dr. Sampson and must say, the entire staff there has always been very kind, polite, helpful and professional, yet personable as well. Dr. Sampson is a very good dentist and takes time with you and explains anything you need to know and answers any questions or concerns. Would recommend them to anyone and such a pleasant environment when you go.

I have been seeing Dr. Sampson for a very long time. He and his team have always taken great care of me, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs. One time I chipped a tooth and Dr. Sampson worked me in to get it fixed. His practice is a great asset to the community!
