Stellar Dental

I have never had an issue with this dental office until today. The staff members who usually take care of me are consistently kind and professional; however, today’s experience was the complete opposite. Prior to my appointment, I called to ask whether there was any grace period, as I was running a few minutes behind after leaving another doctor’s appointment. I fully take responsibility for not reaching out sooner and for allowing my appointments to overlap. I was informed that there is only a five-minute grace period. Exactly five minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I received a call from a male staff member whose tone was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no customer service displayed, nor was there any attempt to offer a reasonable resolution beyond being charged

I can't believe Stellar Dental is charging me $50 because I canceled my appointment in advance via the calendar reminder that I received the day before the appointment. I also spoke with the receptionist the day before the appointment when she called me requesting my insurance information. I told her that I didn't have a insurance card and I would need to call back. This should be illegal to charge a customer who never stepped into the office and canceled the scheduled appointment. Bad business Stellar Dental must be desperate for money and customer. I will be calling the better business bureau. I'm gonna take the receptionist advice and "do what I gotta do" How insensitive, Great customer service We will see if it's worth cheating people out of their hard earned money. Especially when

I’ve been a patient here, but my recent experience left me really disappointed. I had to cancel an appointment during my first week back to work after surgery. I called and left a voicemail the night before, explained my situation via email asking for understanding. Instead of showing any flexibility or empathy, I was told I still had to pay the $50 fee because I wasn’t hospitalized the day of my appointment. While I understand policies are in place for a reason, I expected more compassion and understanding — especially after communicating honestly and in good faith. It’s unfortunate, because the lack of grace and consideration speaks volumes about how this office treats patients. Dr. Martinez-Rogers is honestly the best Dentist in Charlotte. Her staff is kind, loving and prompt, while the Dr. is not only blessed with the touch of an angel she cares for her patients and anyone would be lucky to have her care for their teeth. 10/10 in all aspects.

This office is very friendly and thorough. I love the employees. It’s a welcoming environment and makes going to the dentist less stressful.
