Sorry! I meant to write 5 stars! If I could, I would give him more stars. This man is the King of Optometry! Excellent customer service. Abundance of knowledge in the field. I actually never met such a brilliant man in my life. Really a great experience for the whole family. Thanks Dr. Steinmetz!
First time I met a truly brilliant humble doctor! I wish all doctors acted as pleasant as Dr Steinmetz! He knows everything! I highly recommend him to all!
He gave me the wrong eye glasses number I couldn't see from my glasses and the front desk is soooo utterly rude I called to get a copy of my prescription and she rudely answered when we have time and so far 2 weeks later wasn't sent. I switched out of their practice that's it for me
Really good customer service, went out of their way to help me free of charge 💯💯
