Started new patient care because my physician I used to use, moved to the west end. I went in, got everything squared away. Then I was told that I needed a steroid inhaler. I work 7 days a week, therefore it is rather difficult for me to do ANYTHING health related because by the time I get off work...EVERYTHING is closed. But the short of it was, I was told that I wouldn't need to worry about that. They would take care of it. After about 2 weeks of nothing, I reached out to see if there was an issue. Was then told by her assistant that I would have to do all the work of finding out what inhaler my insurance would cover myself, and then they would be happy to send it in. Yay.
