Came and tried out my first Vibroacoustics Therapy session... it was amazing!! I felt the energy meridians in my body opening up with the frequencies and felt my body letting go of so much stuff! I have a monthly massage with a Jen who incorporates a vibro-acoustic therapy bed into every session, and it has become one of the best parts of my wellness routine. The moment you lie down, the combination of gentle vibration and soothing sound melts away tension you didn’t even realize you were carrying. The bed helps my muscles relax much faster than traditional massage alone, and I always leave feeling deeply grounded, calm, and rebalanced. I’ve noticed real improvements in stress levels, sleep quality, and overall muscle tension since using it regularly. If you’ve never tried vibro-acoustic therapy, I highly recommend it — it elevates a normal massage session into something truly restorative. Absolutely worth it.
