Staywell Pharmacy

Very unpleasant experience. Very rude gentleman. I found this pharmacy through my health insurance due to it having the lowest copays for my medications. When I called and switched my prescriptions over, he told me they would cost around $30. I asked him if he had my insurance info, he said they don't cover it. I clarified that it is or should be covered and my copays should be around $5 and asked again if he had my info. He said to get them from Walgreens. I said sir, I'm not saying I'm not going to pay, I'm saying my insurance will. He again became rude with me so I found a new pharmacy who explained insurance doesn't always pay out the same amount as what the medications cost and he was likely losing money. I would have understood had he explained or just simply said he doesn't accept

What a great pharmacy! Awesome staff. The owner is really easy to talk to and made my visit very smooth. I'm very impressed with this hidden gem of a pharmacy!

I chose to explain my experience rather than find a resolution because of how disappointing and disgusting I feel about this business that I refuse to ever deal with them again. I’m a single mother who recently had insurance switched from my employer that caused my prescription to triple my cost so from 0 went to $35 with CVS. But as suggested from a rep they provided me this pharmacy that was to only charge me $9 instead but the Pharmacist refused to put it thru because they wouldn’t profit from it and instead wanted to charge me their “price for $170 for 3 months supply + $ 20 upcharge. I refused and brought to my insurance rep and they directly communicated with StayWell and told them I picked up my prescription and only was charge the $9 which was CLEARLY a lie -when they follow up wi

Very unprofessional, the prices increase every month. They collect your money and don’t give out receipts. When you sign your name on the kiosk. The price displayed is way lower than what you’re being charged. What’s most disappointing he is taking advantage of people, and because I couldn’t afford the extreme price, I’m in pain can’t move my left leg or walk until I switch over pharmacy. Thank you
