KRATZ ALLERGY & ASTHMA

I went to this office because as I was being treated at another dr for my allergies given shots weekly for 6 months. I was looking for a new Dr to continue this treatment. My first visit was pleasant and I actually met Dr kratz. Dr kratz had a game plan to run a blood test and made it sound like I was following up next visit with him. I did the bloodwork and had my second appt with a nurse. According to the blood work I had no allergies. Dr Kratz office decided to focus on my breathing problem instead as I have c. o. p. d. This office tried to get 3 diffrent expensive c o p d shots approved and they were all denied. There was also hoops i needed to jump through to get these expensive shots and after 3 weeks nothing was accomplished. It seems this office is only worried about approval of

I've been coming here for months getting my allergy shots, and everyone has been awesome, but 3 weeks ago I came in to this view, at first I didn't think anything about it, I thought something happened to someone and they were giving them privacy, but here we are 3 weeks later and I again see this for the third time. first I think it's rude and disrespectful for a patient to walk into their Dr office and be blocked out of view and then have to reach under the shade to grab the sign in sheet. So I think you shouldn't block your patient out of view, it's like you don't feel like you want to deal with them, and I don't think a Dr would want their patients to feel like they're bothering the staff.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kratz for over 10 yrs now. He is incredibly knowledgeable! Dr. Kratz and his team were essential in diagnosing and creating a treatment plan for my autoimmune, immunodeficiency, asthma, and allergy issues. The practice continues to grow and his office staff have always been friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Kratz!

I have had positive interactions with most staff. Dr. Kratz is a wealth of knowledge with many years in the books. My primary referred me to him to help get some answers as to what my body is reacting to (still a work in progress with testing). I’ve had the delight of also being seen by Maddie and Katie. I love how everyone is on the same page with consistency. Today I had a skin test and Tanyia C was so warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during this long process. She thoroughly explained everything and was thorough. It was painless. I have been a patient for a year and Tanyia was probably one of the most supportive assistants I’ve interacted with.

Dr Kratz and his staff are the most caring people you will ever find. I have seen him off and on for over a decade and he is still just as caring of his patients as he was the first time I saw him. Some doctors I have seen seem to get burned out and some may start lacking but Dr Kratz really cares about his patients has excellent bedside manor he is very respectful to his patients and his staff. As well as his staff are just amazing as well. I really can't say enough about them. I feel he has now several times saced my life and my sanity from my allergies I couldn’t ask for better people to put my life in the hands of. Quite literally. Thank you so much Dr. Kratz and your amazing staff. Without you I really don't think I would be here.
