StatMed Urgent Care Ocala

I had such a great experience at this clinic and it is now my new go-to urgent care. I had the pleasure of working with very friendly and knowledgeable staff, including Rachel at the front desk, Sarah the MA, Virginia the PA, and Denise the X-ray tech. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and clearly committed to helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for. The wait time was exceptionally fast, and I was seen shortly after completing the new patient paperwork. I had visited a different urgent care two days earlier and unfortunately did not get the answers or help I needed. The team at this clinic took the time to listen carefully, run the appropriate tests, and help get to the root of what was going on so I could finally start moving in the right direction. Literally best urgent care I’ve ever been. We’d rather go here than anywhere else. The staff is always really friendly and I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. I never feel rushed and I always feel cared for.

Highly recommend- my 2 year old granddaughter is staying with us and we needed immediate care - they were just incredible. Very clean and efficient- and the staff was amazing. PA Virginia Flores was thorough and extremely professional.

This clinic is wonderful! I was impressed with their manners. Very polite and nice staff — I was feeling pretty sick and I was seeing by Dr Mark Muller who was excellent! He got the diagnosis and prescribed me few medications. Later on I had few questions and I called them and they were very nice and had no problem to help me. I am feeling much better now. Thank you all. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Was seen and treated by Mark Muller PA. Showed his experience in the medical field by not giving any uncertainty to diagnosing my skin infection. He was thorough and personable. The staff was very nice and the visit was quick with little to no wait. Will definitely recommend.
