The practice under Northwell has become horrible. They can't see existing patients for months. They do not respond to notices from Pharmacy. They do not respond to patient requests. Refills requests are ignored. Requests for call back from doctor is also ignored. They told me if I need to see the doctor sooner than a few months go to the emergency room.

I have had nothing but positive, empathetic experiences for the past year and a half with this practice. The office itself is run well, and the nursing staff has always been kind, respectful and caring. Dr Elsayegh was kind and patient in helping me gain control of my life after a severe months-long asthma flare that no one could or would take the time to investigate. I have never waited more than five minutes for an appointment, and appreciate the efficient, thorough exams. The only drawback to this practice is parking, due to its location on the hospital campus. Benefits far outweigh the inconvenience for me, and there is valet parking at the door.

Made an appointment with referral months in advance. Get there and a short nasty nurse who does insurance came out with an attitude with boxing gloves on. My husband and I have tricare from military and she is so nasty and belittled us . She should be fired . Dont go hear very very nasty people.

They need to be more accommodating and sensitive to their clients needs. You shouldn't have to fight with your doctor. If the doctor can't help you, at least send the client off with referrals!! Be professional and ethical.
