I called when I made the appointment three months ago. I told them what I was coming for. I was given prices for options if they were not able to retreat I was Quoted $350 for a partial, but I was told they did retreats here. They allowed me to drive all the way from Massillon even though I contacted them before I left the house this morning to confirm everything I never got a prior a call yesterday to confirm my appointment so I had to call and make sure I still had an appointment and then to find out that you don’t even do the service that I was told that you did by your employee I think it’s really shitty customer service, very non apologetic. Just “oh that girl only worked here 4 days” clearly, better training is in order

I highly recommend!! Dr. Chung is always so professional and kind. My dental nurse Tiffany is just incredible, she is compassionate, considerate and very understanding. This dental office has helped me so much and have made me feel like I truly have a dental team who hears me and helps me!! Thank you

I came to Dr. Barry for my very first fill in she speaks so softly and makes what’s a very unpleasant experience much easier. They also got me in quickly with the cancellations as we all know good customer service is hard to find no problem at State Valley Dental though.

I had never had such a pleasurable experience with a root canal until I went to State Valley Dental. My doctor was extremely nice and gentle! I hardly felt any discomfort! I truly recommend this dental practice!
