STAT MED Urgent Care

We had an 8:20 appointment. The office was supposed to open at eight and didn’t open until after 8:30 AM so that was a little frustrating. The office is small but bright and clean. The doctor saw us fairly quickly once they opened and we received good care. Dr. answered all our questions. My review reflects overall experience, not the medical care.

It was great from start to finish. Easy to just in and register online if you don't have an appointment. Was pretty quick as well! The medical assistant was great and the doctor was great as well!

I had a wonderful experience at Stat Med Urgent Care in Livermore. The nurse was so kind, and Dr. Assibey, whom I saw, had an amazing bedside manner. I felt so heard and cared for, as they took the time to listen to my concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr. Assibey and the staff at Stat Med Livermore.

My wife had to go to urgent care unexpectedly today, she ended up seeing Loren Bauman, P.A.C., who helped her. I want to include a first and last name with the title here to ensure that if someone reads this (supervisor/potential patient) that they do their best to try and see Loren. Incredibly professional, incredibly kind and caring, even went over the top to check about what type of insurance we had before ordering any tests to make sure we were all in network. It was literally all of the common sense things you hope for as a patient + an incredible bedside manner that centered first on comfort and then curiosity. Curiosity for how to help, how to make the pain stop, and what role they might be able to play in the process. Lots of time medical conversations are rough and processed like

The Dr was super nice and gentle! I will definitely recommend this urgent care. They were quick and on time for my scheduled appointment. I didn’t wait more than 5 min before getting called back. It was an amazing experience.
