Friendly and welcoming staff from start to finish! I struggle with dental anxiety, but they were so understanding and accommodating throughout my entire visit. From the front desk, to the hygienist Brandi, Dr. Smith, and checkout with Amanda, the customer service was exceptional. Everything was handled efficiently, and each step was clearly explained, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’m so happy I found such an amazing dental office!

On my visit on the 2/25/26, at Starr’s Mill Dental Care.My dental tech was a young lady name Ashley,from the time she spoke to and started on dentral this young lady was very awesome well spoken,nice,professional,Amazing,Wonderful and a people’s person.She explained all the types of procedures that she was about to do excellent.Iwish that your Organization would employ more peoples that have the ability to have the number one customer service for the peoples you are serving on a daily basis. It was my first visit and I hate going to the dentist!! Dr. Carn was wonderful! She took her time, explained things completely, with all my options. I initially chose this office because they offer nitrous oxide, as I am terrified of dental work. I have severe anxiety due to the treatment from previous dental offices, but Dr. Carn was so reassuring and understanding. I will definitely pay the extra for the gas that not all offices offer. So far I am very pleased.

I have been going here for at least 25 years. Not once have I ever had any difficulty. Best dr office they are quick and stick to the appointment time. If you looking for a great drs office you need to go here

I had a great first experience here this week. I could not have asked for nicer people that explained everything to me beforehand. This is my family's new dentist.
