Starling Physicians Hartford

My old provider left starling physicians and I had trouble finding another provider taking patients. Luckily Dr Tyrell smith is taking new patients and I really need a referral for physical therapy. The office called me while I was on vacation and left a voicemail to get me in quickly to get my referral, which I was grateful for, but I wasn’t able to make the date they requested. I called back and I made an appt for 2 weeks later instead, but I realized the appt didn’t show up on my portal so I called. Reception told me they never heard back from me after leaving a voice message , which is disappointing because I did call back and made an appt. Now I can’t get in to get a physical therapy referral for another 3 months after already waiting a month.

I just asked my primary physician for a referral to a different group based on my experience with the scheduling department. Absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoken to while scheduling a medical appointment.

Waiting for 2 weeks about a note that states im breat feeding. Calling back again and i am still on hold. Communication for patients needs improvment.

I have been a patent of Dr. Matthew Carley for many years. He is a very fine physician.
