Starling Physicians Eye Center Wethersfield

This was my third rescheduled eye exam by this office, took me over 2 months to see Dr. Feng. I had to take the day off from work and I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. Upon arriving at the receptionist, I was instantly told the Dr. was running 30 minutes late. The receptionist took over 1 hour to check the eligibility of my insurance which I pointed out and proved several times I was eligible. In the end, Dr. Feng herself came and told me it took so long to check the eligibility of my insurance, I would have to reschedule my appointment yet again because I missed my time slot. Between the receptionist and the Dr. I was treated very unprofessionally to say the least putting it kindly! I would not recommend making an appointment and I would have gave this experience no stars if

Terrible customer service. Phone system is ridiculous. Do not make you feel you are a "person".
