To begin with, there's easy parking, and when you enter, you're greeted very kindly and respectfully. When they call you in, the nurse is very sweet and friendly, and the doctor explains everything from A to Z, making sure you understand. The place looks and smells clean. They have an extraordinary team. Please keep up the great work!

Setting up the appointment was a breeze, checking in and providing insurance information was fast, the receptionist was friendly, and client orientated. The medical staff were informative and reassuring. The script was sent to my pharmacy for collection within one hour. This was a much better experience that my previous visits to walk in health facilities.

This is an excellent facility. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The nurse was efficient, kind and informative. The PA was knowledgeable, thorough and also an excellent listener. Her prescribed treatment gave me relief of symptoms in less than 24 hours.

I had an absolutely exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Everything was handled with care, and I felt truly valued throughout my visit. I can’t recommend this enough and will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely horrible establishment. Went here for an eye rash, and was prescribed topical steroids for said rash(specifically said on bottle not for eye use). Proceeded with using it, not only did it make the rash worse, my eyelid became infected and I got a chalazion on it from the steroid cream. Unqualified physicians to say the least. Upon returning for a worse situation than I originally had(I don’t know why I was dumb enough to go back), they told me to continue the cream, and also take oral antibiotics. My eyelid is no severely infected, and I have no choice but to seek emergency intervention. They set me up with an allergist. Thankfully the allergist will be able to treat my infected eyelid(sarcasm). Do not waste your time. Like 99% of urgent cares, they are full of mall cop
