Starkville Eye Clinic

I have been hesitant to write a review because during my time utilizing this clinic I had a mental breakdown so I didn't stay up to date with appointments. I visited this clinic in 2021 and got new glasses and began to realize that my vision was the same without my glasses. At first, I thought well my vision must be improving but no..I can't see far away. So then I assumed that my issues were because of all of my prescriptions I was taking. I started getting frequent headaches that lasted weeks at a time. After a year, I stopped taking meds and I still couldn't see a difference with or without my glasses. I had to pull out my old glasses so that I could see to work. Anyway...fast forward to Nov. 26th of this year, I go to another eye doctor and they take my glasses and put them on the mac

Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, only to have them reschedule my appointment for three weeks later, without my consent. Came in for my 9:00am appointment only to be told I need to come back at 3:30pm, because that’s what they have me down for. I told them I have email/text confirmations saying my appointment is at 9:00am, so she finds it, and says they can see me. They get me back, and while I’m having my eyes examined, another patient is brought into the same room/starts their eye exam. Since when do you bring two patients into the same room at the same time? Considering we discuss personal health information, I found this very odd. I finish most of my exam, and get eye drops to get my eyes dilated, and am told to wait in the waiting area, and she’d see me in a few minutes. (D

For 42 years I have worn corrective eye wear—glasses and contacts. For many years I was a patient with a renowned teaching eye institute. But only Dr. Webb and her staff have been consistent in providing me comprehensive vision care. Always accommodating. Always friendly. Always professional.

I’ve gone here for years and have never had any issues. The staff is always so kind and Dr. Webb has taken great care of my eyes. She caught an early onset of cataracts and had me taken care of with surgery within a month.

WORST place ever!! My husband went and saw Dr. Webb, she gave him the WRONG prescription and would NOT make it right. She even went as far to BLAME HIM for her mistake.. After telling other's he found out that this was NOT the first time she had messed up and refused to make it right.. STEER CLEAR FROM HER..
