I have been using them for over 6 years, and I cannot say enough good things. It means so much to have an entire staff who sees ME as a human being. They are personable, genuinely caring, efficient and helpful. When there is a hiccup with insurance etc, they reach out immediately and work through it with me. They truly are a gem in a landscape of corporate pharmacies. Debra, Kathy, Harriett, Debra, Julie, Sara... and all whom have blown me away with such steadfast service: THANK YOU for making dealing with the administrative side of having oodles of pain issues and health probs a bit less heavy to carry.

I needed an easier way to give my 20 year old cat his medicine after an emergency stay in the hospital. Stark Edler Apothecary mixed a compound for his hyperthyroidism. All we have to do is rub on the inside of his ear. I am so appreciative of them and how they have made it easy for me to obtain the medicine without having to drive an hour every month to pick it up. I highly recommend this company. They have been so good helpful and friendly

Amazing customer service. Went out of their way to help me. I had a topical cream in a click dispenser that my dog got ahold of and chewed so that I couldn’t dispense it any more. I was traveling and my own compounding pharmacy is in Texas. I walked in on a whim and asked if they could put it into a new dispenser for me. They did it while I waited and made a new label for it with my original RX info to make refills easier — at no charge. Such kind and helpful people!

It was a smooth transaction it was not anything big. I'm not like overjoyed about picking up a prescription for my dog , so I would just say the place was good, clean and the person at the counter was very personable and polite.

Terrible customer service experience. The blonde technician couldn't be more rude. Look elsewhere. I can't imagine anyone treating a customer this poorly. It's like they don't want business. Really disappointing to the Stark Edler brand.
