Amazing place with lovely and kind people. Before coming here, my teeth and gum health was not the best. After being with them for less than a year, I saw immediate improvement to my oral health; they’ve also coached me on my nightly brushing and flossing routine. I’ve also done sure smile with which is essentially Invisalign, and the process was smooth and easy now my teeth are pearly white and super straight! Aside from the great work that they do, the dentist and hygienist here will go above and beyond for you. There’s been multiple time where my work schedule didn’t permit or that emergency happens before or after their work hours etc.. they would come in prior to their normal working hour early or even stay later to make sure I get treated. I had a wonderful experience at this dentist office. The staff is very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Priscilla the receptionist makes you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Chau is incredibly gentle and patient; which really helps ease any nerves about being at the dentist. I’m very disappointed with the experience at this office. The receptionist refused to accept my son’s Medicaid, not because it wasn’t valid, but because she clearly didn’t know how to bill it properly. Instead of taking the time to figure it out or ask for help, she insisted I pay cash out of pocket. This is unacceptable and feels like negligence. Families should not be forced to cover costs when they have valid insurance, especially Medicaid. It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and shows a lack of training and care for patients. I do not recommend anyone who is planning to use Medicaid to come to this place.

Dr. Chau and her staff are professional and friendly. They have taken care of all my dental needs for the last 5 years and I have had some extensive dental needs. She is very thorough and a perfectionist, which are exactly the qualities that I need in a dentist! She also works really well with my jaw issues. She has performed root canals and placed crowns for my mother and has also coordinated with an oral surgeon and the manufacturers in order to place dental implants for myself. Dr. Chau is a fantastic dentist that I definitely recommend to anyone who needs one.

Our new go-to dentist in Houston! We’re normally anxious for our dentist appointments but the minute my husband and I walked in, we felt comfortable & the atmosphere of the office is very welcoming. Kelly (the receptionist), received us graciously; Hang (X-ray tech) did our x-rays ever so gently, and Thy (dental hygienist) was so thorough, gentle, and took the time to educate us regarding dental and gum health. Dr. Chau did an amazing job on explaining the “why and the how” of the dental treatment plan. You truly feel they care about you as a patient and person. We highly recommend!
