Star Discount Pharmacy - Bailey Cove

This pharmacy has gone out of its way for me, including an emergency refill for a couple days once. The prices are lower than some of the other options, I noticed. I am usually helped by the lady that other reviewers have described as "Indian" and she has always been exceedingly polite to me, along with all the other employees. I had to leave a message on a couple occasions and received a call back almost immediately. Highly recommend.

I have been with this pharmacy for years! The reason is because it WAS like a little family, they knew you by name the minute you walked in the door, they were familiar with you, you're doctor, and medications. I felt very comfortable talking with my pharmacist about my health, health problems and any changes. NOW, I never know who I'm going to get, they aren't friendly at all, they know NOTHING about me! I've had a few just be downright rude, they obviously are not aware of HIPPA, they talk over the counter to customers about private business (medicines, insurance, health problems). I’ve been coming here for several years. I adore the sweet Indian woman at the drive up window. She’s very caring and I’m sure has to deal with a lot of rude people even though she won’t admit that to me. She’s caring and professional as is everyone who works here. I appreciate all of them for helping me safely obtain my medications when they’re needed. Much better than the “big” stores!

Moved to H'ville from a larger city, and I've always used the giant corporate nationwide pharmacies. After my first experience at Star Pharmacy, I realized how poor of service I've been receiving from the chain stores. Star Pharmacy surpasses all expectations! The staff is knowledgeable and customer service is outstanding. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for a same-trip drop-off/pick-up....and bonus points; the super friendly staff always remembers me. A+++
