Stanley Specialty Pharmacy

Moved to South Carolina recently and I was looking for a pharmacy that can fill my prescriptions required by my doctor. As soon as the pharmacy received my prescription , a staff member called me. I was very impressed with the curtesy and knowledge of them. Within 10 minutes all my questions were answered and they started to fill the order. After I received the medications , I had some questions and called them. I had the pleasure to speak with Miss Rachel the General Manager . She answered all my questions and advised me about everything related to my prescriptions. I was very impressed the way the conversation went with Miss Rachel. I decided to have Stanley Specialty Pharmacy to handle all my future medical needs. High praise for Miss Rachel and entire staff. Very pleased new customer

I waited 3 mths for a refill. They had been faxing doctor's office but didn't communicate with me. I called yesterday and was treated like "who cares". Finally they said they have the medicine in stock and I could pick it up yesterday. I said I would pick it up the next day. Sent my husband there at 9 am and not ready. On top of that he gets a lecture on our necessity to call and ensure something is ready before coming!! What?! If it's ready for pick up yesterday why would that be necessary? Your staff is rude on the phone as well. I've used Stanley for almost a decade with delight. I don't know what's going on with your staff but you might need a new manager!!!

Zero Stars. This rating is based on 2 refill requests that were not filled as requested in the last 6 months. The prior 10 year relationship with the pharmacy has been excellent. Pharmacy shipped me empty medication container with no applicator as requested via a direct telephone refill request with pharmacy staff. They charged me $86 for the empty refill container and at this time they are not facilitating a process to get me the medication ordered. It appears that the pharmacy may be under new management. Sadly, I will need to find another pharmacy with more efficient and effectual processes to resolve such mistakes.

Ridiculously difficult to get someone on the phone. Horrible communication skills as well. Staff seems to eternally be in a bad mood. 2 stars is generous

Excellent service. Pharmacist was very knowledgeable and considerate with her detailing of the medications and their functions. I have talked with her with other concerns and she has quieted my anxieties each time. Very patient…
