Stand-Up MRI of Staten Island, P.C.

Came here for my dad's appointment which was at 1:40pm. They had asked us to come in 1:20pm. We came in at 1:20 pm and did paper work which took less than 5 minutes. We waited and now its 2pm. We asked the lady if they're going to call soon. There were no other patients. She said you guys came in early. I told her you asked us to come in early. She said so you can do paper work and your appointment is actually 1:40pm. I see 5 staff members just sitting and no patients. We waited at least an hour till we got called and this is just unacceptable. Im especially upset that I came here early and still waited one hour. The staff is not very friendly. Won't be back here.

Took an MRI on 2/16/2026, today is 2/23/2026 And I am still waiting on results. Before I left the facility I asked the therapist who tested me when should I expect my results, her answer was 3 days, currently I am on day 7…..I even called the Staten Island office and asked when should I see my results on the portal and they told me 3-5 days……My suggestion to you is if you are looking to get results quickly so you can be aggressive with your condition whatever it may be is do not use this facility or any facility that says stand up. Today is 2/24/26, results finally recieved

Staff is very patient and accommodating. The wait was about 5 minutes and the facility is very clean. I definitely will recommend it highly.

I was a bit nervous since it was my first time I have to say, Lisa DiGiso made me feel so comfortable and was so knowledgeable. The tech who helped me was also great. I had to share this with you.

Wonderful staff, I have high anxiety and felt very safe there. Best experience ever!
