Exceptional care and kindness at Lynbrook Stand Up MRI My first experience at Lynbrook Stand Up MRI was outstanding. I brought my elderly mother for a brain MRI — she isn’t very mobile, and I was worried about how the visit would go. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with extraordinary patience, warmth, and professionalism. They took the time to explain the process clearly, moved at her pace, and made sure she felt comfortable and safe the entire time. The facility was clean and efficient, and Johnathan the technologists were gentle and reassuring. He was such a gentleman he even help me put on her coat. Very kind, very friendly very patient. The techs were amazing. They took their time and worked with me as I was getting a little anxiety. They made me feel so much more comfortable and I was able to get my scans done. And as I was inside of the MRI machine, they spoke with me through the other end and made me feel comfortable as well. If I can give them 100 stars I would.

This is my second time with standup MRI once in North Babylon and now in Lynbrook 10 stars plus, parking was so easy , Appointment was no waiting bathroom was immaculate but most important was the front desk Yvonne. Yvonne is an asset and a blessing for stand-up MRI to have as an employee. The MRI tech Jonathan was fabulous and very courteous. The facility is first class , Very caring for the patient.Thank you, as I highly recommend your facility to others.

I went today for both a thoracic and lumbar MRI. Alexa, the technician, was so sweet. She was very patient and explained everything to me. The office is extremely clean and I was taken in as soon as I arrived. I will now only go to this MRI place. They really are fantastic.
