Came in for a cracked tooth. They were able to see me within a couple hours, which was nice. Apparently they also take walk-ins. The doctor saw me briefly and said that I would need a crown and that the staff would come back and present prices to me before continuing. Dr. Ibrahim gave me little to no description of the procedure, or alternative options during the assessment. While I waited, I googled the procedure myself. A member of the staff came back and presented the amount I would have to pay out of pocket today to proceed. I have never in my life been sitting in the dentist chair and presented prices! I decided to see my dentist at home to review options, and he concluded a crown was not necessary. To me, this is more of a walk-in clinic good for cleanings, similar to an urgent car

Professional kind super clean friendly and honestly I expected to pay w no insurance for the look at my injury and there was no fee!! I am blown away by my positive experience and assured me I was not infected and moving in the right direction! If you need any dental care … this is your place. Loved my experience !! I had the best cleaning today at dental 365 in lynbrook NY. Her name is ISHAT. The best I ever had in all the years I have been going there. Once you try ISHAT you will never use anyone else. She’s professional, gentle, and a good listener. ISHAT definitely deserves a raise.

The only dentistry I trust! They are warm and welcoming. Absolutely no wait time. Whatever appointment time they give you within 5 minutes or less you are receiving your service then on your way. They are extremely efficient and thorough. I pulled out all 4 wisdom tooth at once after the medication wore off felt pain for a bit took my sleeping pills went out like and light, then next day no pain and healed beautifully. Extremely gentle and they put your comfort first. Got my fill in done as well, at a different time of course. But the same positive energy and treatment time after time. I will continue to recommend Dental 365 all the time.
