Had an appointment, they called me 2days in advance to confirm I ask if they appointment was still going to happen due to predicted snow storm they assure me yes .. Morning of snow storm they contacted me again to confirm appointment so I got up dug my self out of snow show up and no one is there. I waited for an hour and called numerous times . Finally I get a call back from someone asking if I was calling the office . I replied yes I'm here at location and no one here . The person on the phone tells me "oh Yeah I was calling to let you know we are closed " smh . Fast forward next day I follow up to get a new appointment and they tell me they are all booked for a month . After inconveniencing me the day of snow storm which they could have send a blast notification they can't accommodate

Big shout out to Marvin and the radiology tech (I forgot her name), for putting up with my extreme anxiety and claustrophobia. They were super patient and supportive throughout the entire process. My experience was quick and easy thanks to them! I appreciate you!

They asked me to arrive 15 min early but did not take me back until an hour later even though there were no other patients in the waiting room. When I asked when I will be taken back, they reacted poorly even though that is a reasonable question to ask after waiting 45 minutes. No staff members wear masks. This makes you miss the infrastructure of large hospitals (e.g. NYU) or better run imaging companies (Lenox) where patients (who would not be here if they did not have a health need) are in fact more of a priority. The changing rooms, elevator, and imaging rooms are also noticeably dirty. They have a really loud TV in the waiting room and decided to tell me that "it wasn't loud" when I asked for it to be turned down because of its volume. They basically gaslit me and used "patient exp

If I could I would give them zero stars. Never even got in for an appointment because the person answering the phone could not tell me whether or not they do stand up MRIs for that body part. Apparently he was reading a list and he was like I don't see that body part here so I'm not sure. How are people working there that don't know what can and cannot be done?

Don’t pay mind to the negative reviews...the staff members are quite friendly and accountable. They’re easy to reach and have flexible hours. Personnel seems accommodating, friendly, courteous and competent. They know what they’re talking about. Did think the place was going to be bigger and more intimidating but it wasn’t; it was almost cozy. The MRI process is a breeze and there’s nothing to concern yourself about. Do it and get it over with. It’s quick and painless.
