Stand Up MRI of Brevard

I highly recommend Stand Up MRI of Brevard, especially to those that fear going into a tunnel while laying on your back. After calling several places to get a MRI done, I was able to get in on the same day I called. The staff is professional both on the phone and in person, very welcoming, no attitude. I felt comfortable and test was explained clearly. My favorite part was that I was able to sit thru my testing that took between 20 to 30 mins. I had a prior horrible experience in a traditional MRI scan. Came to this practice with so much anxiety and can tell you that the technician who helped me, Casey, was AMAZING, so caring, compassionate, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get through my shoulder scan. Hands down was the best experience I could have possibly had. Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion, it did not go unappreciated!

I cannot thank the Standup MRI Of Brevard for their professionalism and their kindness! Cacie was my MRI tech. She was great. Diane was at the front desk and she could not have been more pleasant. I asked to speak to Lyndsay who is the supervisor/manager and she seemed very appreciative of how happy I was with the service.

SHANNON! Absolutely the best. As an extremely claustrophobic individual Shannon was an Angel. She was so comforting, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. You got me through it girl! Big hugs.

The people who are working for the Stand Up MRI are very caring and make you feel very special, fully knowing that claustrophobic is nothing to be laughed at. They were are so very nice from the person calling about making the appointment to the people greeting you at the front desk and the tech doing the testing. Thank you all for your special treatment at a time when we need to do this test but because of claustrophobia we are having a complete dread of the test that is needed for our recovery.
