Stairway to Health Urgent Care

You ladies are wonderful! Made me feel welcome and heard despite feeling like the walking dead. Dr was spot on with everything and 12 hours later I feel much better. Check in process was easy. Felt more like a small lovely family practice than your standard clinic setting. Will definitely travel a few min further to come here.

Such a great experience with Lisa and Rhonda at Stairway to Health! The office was warm and cozy and I was taken in immediately! Lisa listened to my concerns and I left feeling like I've known her forever! So friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you for the great experience! I had called a head to see if the office was able to do a driving permit physical. They women in the phone was very nice and helpful. My husband took my 16 year old and didn’t have any problems. My Son gave me the feed back that they were very nice and “yeah i would go back if needed” . That’s a win in this Moms book!

My husband and I both came down with the same viral illness in the last 5 days and felt like we needed to get checked. We were seen within minutes of arriving and treated like REAL people. We never had such a great experience in an urgent care facility. The receptionist Rhonda and doctor Lisa are truly wonderful and so friendly and helpful. We will never go back to big corporate places like St. Luke’s or LHVN again. Thank you for taking such great care of us. We hope to be on the mend in time for Christmas. 😊

I highly recommend! It was super easy to get in and the staff was so nice and comforting during a time I really needed it. Love the location and ease of the appointment
