CVS Pharmacy

Register system malfunctions often emplyee said and won't accept cards when that happens and won't give receipt either, so if you buy 2 Playstation cards with cash, for $50 each (100.00) they don't activate properly and that is stealing your money. I now have to call again on Tuesday to try to get my money back because 1800 shop cvs (carlos and rebecca) says they can't see my receipt of approximately 132.55 for at least 48 hours. I feel like I'm getting excuses and a run around.

I picked up a prescription and the staff was very friendly.

I was in to to pick up prescriptions for my husband after a procedure he had this morning, he was in a lot of pain & I was told I could wait & scripts would be ready in 15 minutes. I told them I was going to sit in the waiting area & wait, where they could see me. While sitting there waiting for AN HOUR I listened to employees behind the counter complain about it being Christmas & people should be happy but everyone was miseribe, mean & nasty and they were sick of how customers were acting. After an hour of sitting in a chair I went to counter to confirm my name would be called when my orders were ready. I was asked for my name and when checked all 3 were sitting in a basket on the counter. I told the guy I sat there for an hour waiting & he just gave me my total, while the pharmacist

Jennifer at CVS Dublin, PA was extremely helpful and went way above to show and teach me how to use my CVS card and did everything possible to make my experience wonderful. Thank you Jennifer 🤗
